Slide views
Before we get started on the how-tos, here’s a quick intro into the kinds of slide views that you’ll be working with.
Click on
on the tool bar to view the three slide views :
-
Normal View :
This corresponds to the ‘create’ view where the focus is on the current
slide that’s being created.
This is the view that most of us use, most
of the time.
-
Master View :
This view is ideal for those who would like to create a ‘custom-made’
slide format.
In this view, the focus is on just two slides:
-
The title master :
You can create your very own style for your intro slide. Play around
with the background, colors, font styles and sizes and more. Right
click on the workspace and click on Properties.
-
Adjust the size and position of the background image to suit your preference.
-
You can also flip the background image horizontally or vertically or rotate it to alter your slide’s look.
-
The slide master :
Work on the slide master to create that exclusive look for your slides.
You can customize the format as well as bullets and numbers that appear
in the text box.
Properties
Right click on the text box and click on Properties to customize the format.
-
Color : Liven up the page with colors for the background and the text.
-
Fonts : Play around with the text using a variety of options.
-
Text box : Specify the size and position of the text box.
-
Padding : Make your text stand out by providing optimum space on all four sides.
- Text spacing : You can also decide minute details like word space and letter space
besides text alignment.
Bullets and Numbers
Zoho
Show allows you to go beyond the obvious when it comes to bullets and
numbering. We provide default bullet and numbering styles for each
theme. However, if you think you can do better or just want a change,
we allow you to do that too!
Right
click on the text box and select on Bullets and Numbering. This option
allows you to specify the size, color and style of bullets and numbers
to suit your background in a jiffy! You not only get to use a pallet of
several colors but also different styles of bullets.
-
Sorter View :
This
view lays down all the slides in a single view to help you take a final
look at the flow and the sequence. If you’re not satisfied, that’s
okay. All you have to do is drag and drop the slides where they belong.
Or reshuffle them all over again.
It's your masterpiece, after all...
